ClicksAndWhistles allows a deep configuration and the installation of themes. It is ready to work with PNG format wallpapers, send pop-up notifications with sounds, and show a list of favourite channels.

Thanks to its CDD Send and DCC Chat systems, you can send files directly during a chat.
